Three friends from Dublin discussed the idea of a barbecue restaurant for many years. Following some great meals in restaurants in Spain, Portugal & South America the idea of using an asador or bespoke grill was born. We wanted a new concept which was not in Dublin and one that would impress. The idea of cooking the best Irish produce on an authentic barbecue really excited Shane, Rebecca and John, all proprietors of ASADOR.
