Rama Basilio is a chef, griller and baker from Argentina. He has been coming to cook at Big Grill festival each year and numerous Baste BBQ events after meeting Andy Noonan with John Relihan in Buenos Aires in 2016, where they shared an incredible asado experience together – a day they will never forget, eating choripan, morcilla, mojellas, chinchulinas from the parrilla from morning until night.
Rama has recently moved to Dublin and we’re buzzed to have him running the Baste BBQ firepit for the weekend at Big Grill 2023 – bringing a taste of Buenos Aires to Dublin.
