Hang Dai
Hang Dai will be offering Chinese/Asian-inspired street food at Big Grill 2023.
Using the same technique as they do in their bespoke restaurant woodfired-oven, they’ll be cooking locally-sourced ducks from Skeaghanore, West Cork over a Parrilla Grill for a similar effect. With corn smoked in the husk over a barrel smoker, served dipped in butter and rolled in a zesty/spicy togarashi popcorn.
