Rascals Brewing Company was founded in 2014 after founders, Emma and Cathal were living and working in New Zealand where they developed a taste and passion for the booming craft beer industry. In the spirit of adventure, they decided to change careers entirely and set up our own 1,000L microbrewery back home in Dublin.

Nearly ten years later and Rascals are now a World Beer Award-winning brewery with a state of the art 30HL brewhouse in Inchicore, Dublin, a large-scale cold storage facility, an off-licence and Dublin’s first official taproom. Rascals have a 120-seater pizza restaurant serving twelve taps of their own beers and offering one of the best pizzas in Dublin from their wood-fired oven. They also utilise a 250L Pilot Kit to create innovative experimental beers and serve these exclusively in their taproom.
