Bahay specialise in introducing people to Filipino Flavours created using the very best Irish ingredients. Bahay are known for their ability to bring a familiar “Bahay buzz” with warm hospitality, delicious food and carefully curated dining experiences in the spaces they pop up in, where they introduce diners to bold and unique Filipino flavours and fun dishes, such as their Longanisa HotDawg, Filipino BBQ skewers, their Viral Battered Sausage and classic twists on BBQ sides like Pinakurat Potato Salad all seen at previous The Big Grill and Me Aul Flower festivals.
Bahay have been named in Ireland 'Top 50 To Watch' in 2022 in the Sunday Independent, 'Ones to Watch' in 2023 in FOOD&WINE Magazine, won Best Front of House 2022 at Taste of Dublin Awards and have received rave reviews for all that we’ve done in their first two years. They cannot wait to be back cooking over fire, for their favourite food weekend of the year at The Big Grill.
