Emma has worked in the UK on trade in wine and spirits distribution for 11 years. Always a huge lover of sandwiches, she couldn't believe that the deli culture that she loved from home didn't seem to exist in the UK.
After countless weekends spent reminiscing about chicken fillet rolls she decided to start Emerald Eats and mobile Irish deli. She got into the first female only Kerb incubator course and landed a spot on Broadway market and didn't look back.
