Under 12’s go free and do not require a ticket.
Our Little Grillers area is open on Saturday Day 12-4.30pm session and on Sunday 12-6pm only, but under 12’s are still welcome for all sessions, when accompanied by a responsible adult of course 😉

Our session times have changed, when purchasing a ticket, please take the time to ensure you are selecting the correct ticket types for your chosen day and session.
Before confirming the purchase, please review all the ticket information displayed and ensure they are fully correct.
The Big Grill will not be held responsible for any errors and cannot refund, cancel, exchange or amend tickets ordered as a result.
The Big Grill will not be held responsible for any aspect of incorrect selection of tickets by the customer including, but not limited to, event, day / session, ticket quantity, ticket type and delivery method.
The customer is wholly responsible for ensuring that all aspects of their ticket order are correct.

Refunds:
Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred in any way unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancellation or amendment:
Once an order has been placed, the name cannot be changed and it cannot be cancelled or the number of tickets changed in any way
