Join Stillgarden Distillery's Gardener in Residence and Brand Ambassador Connor Howlett to learn about how the Inchicore-based distillery sustainably creates its Modern Irish Spirits through Science, Community, and Nature.

Having grown up in the countryside of Fantastic Mr Fox, Connor spent his childhood in the woodland and has a seasoned knowledge of what’s edible and wild. After joining Stillgarden’s community gardening group, the Social Botanists, who look after the distillery’s community garden, he joined the team full time to forage, grow and engage the local community with all things botanical and boozy. Connor will harvest a few wild foods for you to try on the way to Herbert Park, to showcase just how much is growing around us that can be used in food and drinks, and how it is possible to reconnect with nature in urban spaces.
