Linda worked in Cork as a bartender for the past 12 years before co-founding Terra Ignis. In that time she has worked in varied establishments before landing in Cask, where she crafted seasonal menus with a foraging focus. Linda has also done an apprenticeship in Herbalism which brought together her love for liquids and the plants of our land. With Terra Ignis, Linda hopes to create a truly Irish fermentation culture, celebrating the land at our feet.

Together Linda and Ivo founded Terra Ignis, a wild fermentation company that aims to reignite traditional fermentation methods with a modern edge. Their goal is to develop a truly Irish fermentation culture that can stand alongside our dynamic food and drinks offering.
