Josh Moroney started his culinary experience at the age of 15 with a catering apprenticeship. He went from Commis, CDP to sous chef and then came to be one of the first pitmasters at Smokestack working with Dave Carter to launch the business of the ground.  

 

Cue Point has quickly made a name for itself as one of the best barbeque joints in London utilising global metholodogies and British produce.
