Matt is one of the support chefs at Hawksmoor, working his way up over the last 6 years, where he found his love for live fire cooking. He has been in Hospitality for more than 20 years in the UK and abroad, experiencing different cultures and cuisines, which has helped make him the chef he is today. Loves a festival and at his happiest when at a grill.
