Chef Nico Reynolds is known for his Caribbean cooking with Latin influences via Ireland.
He made a name for himself in Dublin running a pop-up restaurant, Lil’ Portie, which jumped into international recognition after the restaurant was featured on F*ck That's Delicious with Action Bronson.
Since then he has filmed two of his own TV series, Grill Seeker and All Fired Up and makes regular appearances on ITV’s This Morning.
