Seafood is our very core at Michael’s. We know the local fishermen by name, and we share the good days and bad days with them, always bonding over the passion and ethos of whatever is best that day is what we serve. No two days are the same.
Gaz has three busy restaurants in South Dublin, each with a different vibe and atmosphere;
Michael’s Mount Merrion ( The OG).
Little Mike’s the funky younger brother, and now Big Mike’s with a Cocktail Terrace and a cheeky speakeasy hidden away (mini Mike’s).
He has written a cookbook, “And for mains…” which focuses heavily on Seafood, Steaks and … Pints.
