Chimac is a love story about fried chicken and beer. Back in 2016, founders Sofie Rooney & Garret Fitzgerald took a trip to Seoul and fell head over heels in love with the Korean cultural phenomena which is “chimaek”.
Inspired by the bold, punchy flavours they opened “Chimac”, a fast-casual fried chicken restaurant in Dublin, Ireland.
