Originally from Kerry, John Relihan is one of the country’s best-known barbecue chefs. In 2022, John joined forces with Pitt Bros, the country’s best-known BBQ restaurant brand, and together they have developed a range of retail products. Having trained with Jamie Oliver – John was one of the original 15 in Jamie’s Fifteen restaurant – and gone on to work with some of the best chefs around the world, John has committed to sharing his experience and expertise with cooking over fire through the Pitt Bros range.
