Restaurateur and chef Robin Gill along with his wife, Sarah Gill, is the founder of the hospitality group, Gill Soul Co, a portfolio of restaurants located across the UK’s capital. Gill Soul Co. currently comprises of a selection of sites each with their own unique identity, Clapham Italian restaurant Sorella, Darby’s, an oyster bar, bakery and grill in Nine Elms, Rye by the Water, a bakery in Brentford, Bottle & Rye in Brixton which pays homage to the all-day bistros of Paris, Ruben's Reubens a Brixton BBQ residency, a lifestyle hotel in Hertfordshire where all the food and drink is led by the terroir, farm and kitchen garden on their doorstep.

​Charismatic and talented with a meticulous approach to fermenting, curing and preserving, Irish born Robin draws on his passion for British and seasonal produce for the menus at his six successful and acclaimed establishments. In keeping with the ethos of the dishes, the wine lists at London Soul Co’s restaurants champion smaller growers and natural wines.

​In 2018 Robin published his inaugural cookbook ‘Larder’ which focuses on his ideas around ‘pantry to plate’ and champions his philosophy towards revolutionising the way British food is cooked. He is also the creator of the legendary Blood Shot supper clubs which have recently opened to the public.
