Marcus O'Laoire is a familiar name across the hospitality, music and entertainment industry in Ireland.
Having worked across kitchens in his early 20s, he moved into cooking regularly on television as well as touring the world as a comedian and DJ, and even combining cooking and playing music live at the same time at his Bangers & Mash parties.
Marcus is known for his personal take on seasonal food, often drawing on a mix of his french and Irish heritage, paying respect to the cuisines of both, while making sure everything he cooks is fresh and exciting.
