Orinta Kozlov
Orinta Kozlov discovered her love for cooking on Kamado ceramic grills during lockdown and it ignited a passion for cooking outdoors as much as possible. She loves using the Kamado because of the variety of what she can cook starters smoked heavy meats, fish, seafood, stews, soups, grilled dishes, and veggies to desserts. She loves to show people that cooking on the barbecue is not just about heavy pieces of meat but is also an everyday option and brilliant for desserts, cakes and bakes too.
Orinta is part of the Kamado Bono BBQ team and took part in the Smoke and Fire BBQ competition in the UK, where she was part of the team that received the Reserve Grand Champions title in 2021 and 2022, and first place in the Bird and the Burger categories in 2022. She is also a qualified judge of KCBS BBQ competitions.
