Born into a big family where grilling was an ever presence in every celebration, watching and helping the adults from an early age, and of course with a lot tasting. Someone who has lived in multiple countries and different continents around the world, and travelled to over 30 countries, experienced many cultures.
Food and drink are intrinsic of humanity. Have a passion for cooking and wine, have studied professional wine tasting and got certified at WSET Level 3. Self-didact in cooking, including grilling, and over the years have improved cooking skills as well as the photography ability. Food & wine connects people!
