Kevin O'Donnell

Kevin O’Donnell is an Irish chef who has been based in Denmark for the last six years. He left from Dublin to the idyllic island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea to work with Nicolai Nørregaard at Restaurant Kadeau. Here the cuisine is based around the diverse nature on the island, the garden nearby and cooking over fire.
After spending time as Head of R&D at Kadeau, followed by a short stint at Le Doyenné just outside of Paris, Kevin is now working on Comet Supper Club, a testing ground for a restaurant coming to Dublin some time in the near future.
