Great British menu Northern Ireland winner 2024, Melissa McCabe will join forces with Big Grill for our debut London festival in June and join us in Dublin for our tenth-anniversary celebration of Big Grill Dublin.
Her other achievements involve setting up Gullion and Mourne, events, pop-ups, Street FEAST, a food truck, and always cooking seasonal, local and fresh. In fact, her unique philosophy of sourcing local food wherever she's parked, and giving people the opportunity to taste fine-dining food outside the traditional restaurant setting, truly sets her apart from the crowd.
